Create Linux App Menu shortcut for Windows program with no installer (WINE)

I created this for Windows programs used on WINE that don't have an installer, to help with Linux App Menu shortcut generation.

Note: If you download the whole folder it will be a .zip file so you have to create a folder named "create-windows-shortcut" and extract all the files into it.

This is just for Linux, because in Windows you can just right drag the program file, save as a link, and move the link into the Start Menu folder.
