What is Tor? Should I use it?:
In general you probably don't want to use Tor for general web browsing. Browsing the web with Tor has it's problems, such as being stopped with tricky CAPTCHAs. But it does let you browse onion sites with no problems. And it is needed to get around censorship (for example if your conection to the website is blocked). Tor hides your IP. Your IP identifies your network and it can be used to figure out your general location (not exact street), and what company you use for internet. You can also hide your IP by using a VPN, but if you do this you should choose a VPN company you can trust and has a policy of not storing your browsing data. Mozilla's VPN is a good option, it's about $5 USD a month (there the company behind Firefox). That does not mean you really need a VPN. On the issue of internet privacy you should also know about cookies, clearing history and private browsing mode. So knowing about Tor and VPNs is not enough.
Tor update:
On our March 18, 2021 update (See topic: Older updates) we mentioned making it easier to browse this site with Tor. Though our hosting company was very willing to help, the Tor related changes to this site deltafoxdesign.com did not take effect. This is do to the way this website is set up.
What to do if you are using Tor:
If you are using Tor and you visit this site deltafoxdesign.com and a CAPTCHA comes up, DON'T try to solve it because they are very difficult to solve. Instead use the "New Tor Circuit for this site" option from the menu. Then wait, it may take about 30 seconds. If this works then great, if not you may have to try "New Tor Circuit for this site" until this site pops up. Once this site comes up, you can browse it without any more issue. DO right click links in the forum posts to open them in a new tab or new window.

Re: Update on using Tor
I do want to make it clear that neather Tor nore a VPN is a fool proof way of making you anonymous. There really isn't a full proof way to do that. And Delta Fox Design does not endorse illegal activity.

Re: Update on using Tor
Before using Tor you should definitely read this article Is Tor Trustworthy and Safe?. It explains how other's can get your IP address even when using Tor. It also explains that viruses can be injected into your downloads when using Tor.
They recommend that if you do use Tor you use "Tor over VPN" and they have a page that lists verified no logs VPN services. Mozilla's VPN is not on that list. That does not mean it is not a good VPN.
