Note: Throughout the site the term "we" is used to represent Delta Fox Design as a whole. Not all members of Delta Fox Design will have the same skill set. But using the word "we" makes things easier. "We" because it's a team, there's no "I" in team.
Delta Fox Design is based in Rhode Island, a very small eastern state of the United States. It's just me for now. We work on many different projects including web design, web hosting support, tech support, computer programming, and circuitry design. For web design I code mostly by hand in the code it's self instead of WYSIWYG. I use Notepad++ and Visual Studio Code (See links page). I love updating and adding to this website. And I love what I do working on all these different projects; helping people out: "To the benefit of society by working together."
My name is Jacob Persico I am the President and Web Master of Delta Fox Design. I have been constantly working with and learning about computers since the mid 1990s. I completed a certificate program in Web Design and Maintenance at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Providence RI. I am now going for my Associate Degree in IT Support Specialist Technician at CCRI. I created this website because I really enjoy working with computers and helping people with there computer related tasks. So if you are ever in need of services don't hesitate to contact Delta Fox Design. Rates are very reasonable.
I registered the domain name in April 2011. I got the idea for the name from the hexadecimal number DF. The number can be used to change a letter from lowercase to uppercase. (This is done by ANDing the ASCII code of the letter with the hexadecimal number DF. This technique is very useful in computer programming.) DF is Delta Foxtrot in the phonetic alphabet. The logo I created is a triangle and a fox. I used a triangle because that is the symbol for delta.
If you view the source code of the pages you will find a change-log logging the history of that web-page. Also I use the official website validator https://validator.w3.org/ to check my HTML code.
My goal for Delta Fox Design is to learn and grow with it, as I team up with others to complete computer related tasks. Gradually the website will get bigger and new free tutorials and helpful links will be added to help others.
Feel free to contact us with any feedback you may have about this site whether it's something you like or any suggestions. We will be happy to hear from you.
